Equal parts, beet juice, sugar and vinegar ( about 1 cup each)
Bring to a boil.
Add 3-4 cloves, 1-2 cinnamon sticks and 1 tsp allspice tied in cheesecloth.
Simmer 15 minutes or until eggs are peeled.
