Dean loves pickled eggs and so do I. At breakfast the day of Nathan's wedding, for some reason, Dean and I were discussing the pros of pickled eggs. I said that I would make him some in the future. Happy Easter, Dean, enjoy the pickled eggs!
Suzie's Pickled Egg RecipeEqual parts, beet juice, sugar and vinegar ( about 1 cup each)
Bring to a boil.
Add 3-4 cloves, 1-2 cinnamon sticks and 1 tsp allspice tied in cheesecloth.
Simmer 15 minutes or until eggs are peeled.
